CINICO Client Satisfaction Survey

Ensuring that CINICO is functioning as effectively as possible is important to all of us. In order to fully satisfy your needs, the CINICO management team and its Board of Directors are requesting your feedback.

Below is a link to a survey that will give you an opportunity to tell the CINICO team what you think they are doing well and what you think could be improved. Your input will be factored into decisions regarding where efforts should be focused in the future. We would like to assure you that all of your responses are completely confidential. While there are questions that will allow us to analyze responses within groups of people (e.g. age, gender, level within the Civil Service), there are no questions which ask you to identify yourself. All data collection and analysis is being conducted off-island by a company independent of CINICO, any part of the Cayman Islands Civil Service, and the Cayman Islands Government. Your individual survey responses will not be made available to CINICO, any part of the Cayman Islands Civil Service, or the Cayman Islands Government.

At the conclusion of this survey, you will find a separate link that will launch a new screen. On this screen, you will have the option of entering your name and telephone number for a chance to win one of three gift vouchers with a value of CI$300, CI$200 and CI$100. Entering this draw is completely independent of the survey and is 100% optional. If you choose to enter the draw, your name cannot be linked to your survey responses. CINICO Management, Staff and Board of Directors and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this draw.

This survey will take no more than 30 minutes to complete.
